Access and sign-in
Get an account, accept your invitation, and sign in securely.
Maestro uses your organization's configured identity provider. Internal accounts and external data-room invitations use different sign-in paths; use the link intended for your account.
Request the minimum access
Ask your sponsor or the ORE helpdesk for access. Include your name, work email, team, business purpose, and the groups or rooms you need. Do not ask for System Owner simply to see a document.
Your administrator checks the request and provisions an account. This guide does not define an organizational approval SLA or promise automatic access.
Accept an internal invitation
- Open the invitation sent to your work email.
- Follow the link to set your password in the identity provider's page.
- Return to the Maestro URL provided by your organization and choose the sign-in action.
- Complete the identity provider's prompts. Confirm that you reach your dashboard.
If the link is expired, ask an administrator to Resend invite. Do not create a second account to work around an outstanding invitation.
Confirm workspace access
Open Groups or Data Rooms and find the workspace your sponsor named. An account alone does not add you to every workspace. If the workspace is missing, ask its owner to confirm your membership rather than repeatedly signing in.
For a document URL that reports unavailable, confirm that you are using the intended account and ask the document's owner to check access. A copied URL does not grant access.
External data-room invitations
External recipients should open the room invitation, not the internal Maestro login page. Complete the email verification, access-code, or PIN prompts requested by that room. Available actions depend on the owner's sharing policy.
Do not forward an invitation or verification code. An expired or revoked invitation must be renewed by the room owner.
Sign-in problems
- Invitation not received: check junk mail and verify the address with the administrator before requesting a resend.
- Wrong account or repeated sign-in: use Maestro's sign-out action, then sign in with the intended identity.
- Account not available: contact support. Do not repeatedly retry a password or create a duplicate account.
