Fewer steps to get your team working
This month focuses on the steps between having a workspace and getting work done. New teammates receive a sign-in email, Data Room guests verify access with an emailed PIN, and supported fields can be edited in place. Group categories are easier to reuse, with platform maintenance supporting the changes behind the scenes.

Give new teammates a clear way in
Creating a user now sends an email with a sign-in link and temporary password. The new user is prompted to choose their own password at first sign-in.
Verify Data Room access by email
Invited viewers can receive their room access PIN by email after opening the invitation link. Room owners can also resend an invitation; the replacement link takes the place of the old one.

Make edits where you work
Supported fields can now be edited in place, without opening a separate page or dialog. Save applies the change, Cancel keeps the original value, and editing remains limited to users with the right permissions.
Reuse group categories
The group creation form now offers existing categories in a dropdown, with an option to add a new one. Categories remain optional, so you can organize a group when you need to without adding another required step.
A leaner application foundation
We updated platform and sign-in dependencies and removed build-only tools from the running application image. These changes reduce unnecessary components to maintain as the platform grows.
