Find the answer, then check the source
Your document library is now easier to explore. Ask ORE answers questions across accessible documents with links back to its sources, and content search helps you find files by what they say. We also improved questions about long documents, added clearer signals for unread versions and text quality, and made it easier to return to your work.
New4
Ask questions across your documents
Ask ORE brings a conversational way to explore the document library you have access to. Answers appear as they are written, with citations you can open to check the supporting documents. Saved conversations let you return to a question and continue where you left off.
Search for what a document says
Search now includes content matches alongside filename matches. Short excerpts help you recognize the right file even when you do not remember its name. Results respect your document access.
Pick up where you left off
Since You Were Away highlights activity since your last visit, while Last Opened brings recent files and groups back within reach. The two dashboard widgets separate what changed from where you were working.
Follow related documents
When related files are available, a carousel below the comments lets you open them directly from a document preview. It only includes files you can access.
Updates4
Ask about more of a long document
Debrief AI now retrieves relevant passages from documents too long to fit into a single request, instead of cutting off the text after the opening portion. Passage citations help you check where an answer came from.
Know when text needs another look
A quality indicator in the library and a notice in the viewer flag documents whose extracted text is not reliable enough for AI answers. You can still open the file and find it by name; poor-quality extracted text is kept out of AI grounding.
Spot unread document versions
A numbered badge shows how many newer versions are available. It clears after you view the latest version, helping you distinguish a familiar file from a recent update.
Return to a Data Room with less friction
External viewers can reuse their invitation link and PIN until access expires, is reset, or is revoked. After 15 minutes of inactivity, the room asks for the PIN again without repeating email verification.
Bug Fixes2
Keep a question when you stop an answer
Stopping an AI response now puts your question back in the input so you can edit and try again. The partial answer stays in the conversation.
Handle conflicting edits clearly
Inline edits now show saving, saved, and error states. If the item changed while you were editing, you get a refresh-and-retry path instead of silently overwriting another change.
